Here’s the honest part most agent bios skip: True North Boulder is a new practice, so I won’t pad this page with closings I haven’t done or reviews I haven’t earned. What I’ll show you instead is the work — the corridor market reports, the buy-before-you-sell math, the neighborhood breakdowns. Read a few. I work the move-up and relocation lanes across Boulder, Longmont, Niwot, Lyons, Berthoud, and Loveland — the $800K–$1.5M trade-up buyer nobody writes for, and the out-of-state buyer trying to map an employer to a commute to a school boundary from a thousand miles away. My job is to name the trade-offs out loud: Longmont gets you more house, and you trade the Boulder address and the commute minutes. You’ll get the number and the downside in the same sentence, and if this isn’t your moment to move, I’ll tell you that too.
